Our production department uses specialized high-tech machinery.
We take advantage of the innovative technology of 13 Gildemeiser multi-spindle automatic lathes with 6 and 8 controlled stations with bar passages from Ø 5 up to Ø 48, with stop spindle for drilling and milling. The machines are all equipped with Pietro Cucchi automatic loaders.
We have a single-spindle CNC department, made up of 3 latest generation Biglia lathes with highly technological devices for very complex machining with bar passages up to Ø 70 and reworking operations up to 200 Ø.
The machines are equipped with the most technologically advanced on the market and with all the optionals that can be installed.
We are able to finish complex parts, completing the processing with broaching, special drilling, threading and milling; all thanks to sophisticated equipment. On these machines we guarantee an optimal degree of finish and roughness.
