The quality control of our products is guaranteed by the "quality" office which is equipped with sophisticated measuring and testing instruments, which allow to carry out high-level checks on production, as well as an IT system for data collection on the production lines. for the execution of the Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Each of our production is followed step by step from the arrival of the raw material to packaging and shipping. Each process is recorded and checked by the quality department which ensures supervision of the production as a whole, guaranteeing through certificates and control papers, that the product complies with the specifications, with the possibility of requesting the Certificate of Conformity when ordering with indication of the controls specific.
The high quality standard is guaranteed by a high precision control instrumentation (three-dimensional control, rotodimeter, roughness tester, profile projector). In particular 1 Mitutoyo Contracer CU-2100 profilometer and Mitutoyo digital altimeter.
